EasyBake March Wrap-Up(date)
March treats plus what we’re baking up for April 2021
We’re pleased to announce our delightful goodies that we know you all have been just craving to hear. We have been staying on top of our objectives we laid out for all to see in our display window, where we invite you to stop by and view the goodies we have been cooking up.

Blockchain Development (Buns)
- Bakery Beta: our closed beta begins the first week of April for the bakery, after which we will open to the public to recommend improvements. We would love your feedback, bakers.
- Decentralized Exchange (DEX): we now host 25+ Polkadot tokens on our decentralized exchange — accessible here. We have added every Polkadot ERC20 available on Uniswap, but this is an ever-growing list, so please let us know if we need to add any more and we gladly will.
Note: the DEX is connected to Uniswap liquidity, but serves as a proof of concept.
Web Development (Buns and Thick)
- Home Page: we are working on updating the home page to include our newest Chef (pictured above).
- Swap Page: our beloved Chef Thick has been hard at work creating a new design for our UI — adding a whole new layer of customization.
- Info Page: we have begun our design on the info page, which currently tracks our Uniswap liquidity as we have yet to launch we have no info of our own to display, but you are welcome to take a peak at what it will look like once we do.
- Bakery Page: development has begun (ahead of schedule, go us), but this page will not be shared until April when we open up the public beta, so stay tuned!
Note: all pages are currently under development (in beta), so use at your own risk. We will transition out of beta upon our launch.
Marketing and Social (Thick, Cake)
- New Chef Design: we have a brand new chef customized by our in-house designer who Telegram Announcements Channel.
- New Sticker Pack: even more stickers have arrived and our sticker-maker is hard at work diligently crafting animated stickers we know you will love, check them out in our Telegram Community Group. More being added on a daily basis throughout March!
Operations and Administration (Buns)
- Project Management Workflow: now powered by Monday.com. We now have a public dashboard for transparency covering our progress and we call it our display window, found here.
- Timeline: we are pleased to announce we have completed the timeline, but please do not rush perfection as we have some intentional delays that will be made clear once a number of deals are made.
- Partnership: we have a partnership with another community of folks who will be joining us once the partnership is made publicly available. We are part of a larger family with experience in trading and with support from VC investors and if you follow the crumbs left here and there, you may be able to piece together our secret recipe for success.
- Chef Interviews: have begun and you are more than welcome to apply, if you believe you would make an asset to the team. Find out (and retweet) more information here.
- Recruitment Update: we have a final interview with a marketing professional who wants to join our team. She has presented us with a number of marketing campaigns she has in mind that are on theme and filled with fresh ideas we are excited to bring to life.
Action Items for April 2021
- Web Design: update UI-Kit to better align with branding, which includes the integration of on-brand menu icons, customized interface and much more to come (we are so close to finishing this).
- Recruitment: complete the application-phase for a minimum 3 applicants and (fingers crossed) onboard new chefs!
- Public Bakery Beta: in April, we will be opening up the Bakery for a public beta as a proof of concepts and welcome you to review our work and let us know how you feel about it prior to public release.
- Launch Forum: we will be launching our very own forum by the start of April in order to provide a central place for our public deliberations.
- Tokenomics and Lite Paper: we are pleased to reveal that we have considered a multitude of options and will lay these out for public deliberation in our forums and in our Telegram and Discord groups.
We hope you understand why we are pushing back the liquidity generation event for after we have established a working lite paper, publicly disclosed tokenomics, and engaged in public deliberations regarding our optimal road ahead.
